SHIPPING

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Italy, the rest of Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America (US).

When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time can vary from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the items ordered and the destination. Each product is made om demand.

Where is my order shipped from?
We work with a very reliable print-on-demand dropshipper that uses high-resolution printing techniques with vibrant and stable colors. Our partner has facilities worldwide, so depending on the delivery address, your orders will be printed and shipped from the facility best suited to handle them efficiently and quickly.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free.

Extra-EU shipments: Will I have to pay customs duties?
For all purchases from countries outside the European Community, a customs tax may be applied. However, these charges are beyond our control and vary by country, so we advise you to consult your local customs office to check whether duties and taxes apply to the items you ordered.

We strongly recommend including a valid phone number in the order form, especially for international shipments. This will minimize the risk of your order being lost in transit and make the delivery process smoother.

My order should have arrived, but it's delayed. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please check the following:

● Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
● Inquire with your local post office.
● Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.

If the address was correct and the courier didn’t leave the package at a post office or with a neighbor, please email us at info@livingcushions.com with your order number. If there was an error in the delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but it will be at your expense.

How are your products made?
The designs are entirely created in our studios in Italy, while the physical production of the cushion, print, or blanket and their packaging are handled by a partner company with worldwide facilities.

How can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking link for your package when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about this or the shipment, please email us at info@livingcushions.com.

I received a defective/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at info@livingcushions.com within a week with photos of the product, your order number, and any other details that may be helpful. We will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
Our return policy can be found on the 'Terms of Sale' page under Article 7: Right of Withdrawal.

Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds in the case of defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@livingcushions.com with photos of the product, your order number, and any other details that may be helpful. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
